After building a high growth wealth management firm and a top performing team of advisors, our founder and CEO Jad Chehlawi came to a clear conclusion: the core issue at the centre of client relationships is that institutions can't easily see the people they serve and clients can't easily see the people they hire. Without continuous and timely engagement, institutions lack the context they need to deliver services that matter.

Currently, advisors recommend products based on client interviews and surveys. These methods do not detect evolving client intentions and changing needs, creating breakdowns in advice and delivery with unexpected consequences. Jad knew that without data-driven client insights, institutions and advisors could not create the value clients were looking for.

In 2017, Jad’s vision came to life when he met Arsene Toumani who joined TelosTouch as co-founder and CTO. Jad, a Harvard Business School alumni, brings deep wealth management expertise coupled with the passion to understand human behavior and inspire better actions. Arsene has led and mentored several large engineering teams to build highly scalable and secure SaaS applications. Their strong moral compass and unwavering commitment to this vision, created the perfect partnership to build TelosTouch.
